Prep & Seal
Step 1|Season the Beef
Place the beef in a clean bowl.
Add the salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Step 1|Thaw Safely
If the beef pack is frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator before cooking.
Remove the beef completely from the vacuum bag before heating or cooking.
Step 2|Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Break apart ground beef or turn sliced beef as needed.
Add a small splash of water if the seasoning becomes too dry.
