Beelicious Membership Program Terms

Welcome to the Beelicious Membership Program. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the membership benefits, points, rewards and account responsibilities.

1. Definition

This membership program is operated by Beelicious, hereinafter referred to as “Beelicious.”

The program applies only to eligible purchases and activities completed through the official Beelicious website. Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers are not eligible for website membership points.

The “points” issued under this program are virtual membership benefits provided by Beelicious. Points have no cash value, do not constitute personal property and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Membership Registration

You can join the Beelicious Membership Program in the following ways:

1. Free account registration: No purchase is required. Create an account on the official Beelicious website to become a member.
2. Product warranty registration: Customers who purchase an eligible Beelicious FreshTrack Smart Vacuum Sealer may register the product using the registration method provided by Beelicious.

When creating an account or registering a product, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, order information, product information and a password. Your email address and password will be used to access your Beelicious account.

Membership registration is free and does not require a purchase. Please refer to the Beelicious Privacy Policy for information about how your personal information is collected, stored and used.

Only individuals aged 13 or older may register. Corporate accounts, impersonated identities, automated accounts and non-human entities are not permitted to participate.

Members are responsible for keeping their account information and login credentials secure. Beelicious is not responsible for losses caused by account sharing or disclosure of login information.

Commercial use of membership accounts, resale of points, bulk account registration or manipulation of membership activities is prohibited. Violations may result in point cancellation, account restrictions or account termination.

Product Registration and Extended Warranty

The eligible Beelicious FreshTrack Smart Vacuum Sealer, model VSP801, includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a one-year quality warranty, subject to the applicable warranty and return policies.

Registering the VSP801 within seven days of receiving the product adds three months of warranty coverage. This provides up to 15 months of quality warranty coverage in total.

Warranty coverage applies to eligible products purchased through authorized channels and used for normal household purposes. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification or damage during return shipping may not be covered.

3. Membership Points

3.1 Standard Points

How to Earn Points

To earn points from an online purchase, you must be logged in to your Beelicious account when placing the order. Available points and rewards can be viewed through the membership rewards panel on the website.

Purchase points: Members receive one point for every eligible $1 spent.

Members may also earn points through the following activities:

Point Limitations

Points will not be awarded for:

• The portion of an order paid using coupons, gift cards or redeemed points.
• Orders that are canceled, rejected, refunded or returned.
• Activities that do not meet the published reward requirements.
• Duplicate, fraudulent, automated or manipulated activities.

Beelicious may use reasonable anti-fraud measures, including account, order, IP address and device monitoring. If suspicious or abusive activity is detected, Beelicious reserves the right to withhold or deduct points and restrict the related account.

3.2 Promotional Event Points

Beelicious may offer promotional events that provide additional or event-specific points. The methods for earning, using and redeeming these points may differ from the standard membership rules.

Eligibility requirements, point values, usage restrictions and expiration dates will be stated on the applicable promotional page. Members should review the relevant rules before participating.

4. How to Redeem Points

100 points = $1 off

Points may be redeemed for eligible discount coupons. The maximum points-based discount for one order is 10% of the order subtotal, excluding shipping fees, taxes and other non-product charges.

Redeemed coupons are generated automatically and become invalid after use. Coupons cannot be divided, transferred, sold, combined between accounts or exchanged for cash.

Important Redemption Restrictions

• Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
• Points from different membership accounts cannot be combined.
• Coupons redeemed with points are subject to the expiration rules stated in Section 5.
• Some coupons may require a minimum order subtotal.
• If an eligible order is refunded or returned, the points earned from that order will be revoked.

5. Validity Period

• Standard points are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued and will automatically expire after that period.
• Coupons redeemed with points expire 30 days after redemption unless a different expiration date is displayed on the coupon.
• Where available, Beelicious may send an account message, email or notification before points expire.
• The validity period of promotional event points is governed by the rules of the applicable event.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

Members may request account termination by contacting support@mybeelicious.com. Valid account termination requests will normally be processed within seven business days.

Beelicious may suspend, terminate or permanently ban an account for activities including:

• Fraudulent transactions, falsified orders or false supporting documents.
• Unauthorized transfer or sale of membership points or coupons.
• Bulk account registration, automated activity or technical manipulation.
• Abuse of reward activities, promotional offers, reviews or membership rules.
• Unauthorized commercial use of the membership program.

All unused points and rewards associated with a terminated or permanently banned account will be immediately invalidated and will not be restored.

7. Disclaimer and Program Modifications

7.1 Beelicious Rights

Beelicious reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the membership program where reasonably necessary. When practical, material changes will be announced on the official website before taking effect.

If points or rewards are issued incorrectly because of a system, calculation, display or technical error, Beelicious reserves the right to correct the related balance or transaction record.

7.2 Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for reviewing their points, coupons, rewards and account activity. Suspected errors or unauthorized activity should be reported to Beelicious as soon as reasonably possible.

System maintenance, network failures, server interruptions or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Beelicious may temporarily affect the availability of membership services.

8. Product Information

The Beelicious FreshTrack Smart Vacuum Sealer, model VSP801, combines vacuum sealing, thermal label printing and food inventory tracking in one food-management workflow.

The product is designed for household meal prep, bulk grocery portioning, freezer organization and home food inventory management.

Seal, Label and Track

• Seal: Select the appropriate DRY, MOIST or MOIST+ mode based on the food being packaged.
• Label: Press DATE PRINT to print the current date without using the companion app, or create a customized food label through the app.
• Track: Use QR-code labels and food records to manage stored items and remove consumed items from the inventory.

Completing a vacuum-sealing cycle does not automatically print a label. Label printing must be started by pressing DATE PRINT or by sending a print command from the companion app.

Depending on the selected template and food record, customized labels may include the food name, packed date, use-by or storage information, storage condition, nutrition information and a unique QR code.

The available label layouts include Simple, Practical, Health and Bulk. The VSP801 uses 2 × 1.2-inch thermal label rolls with 110 labels per roll.

The companion app supports customized labels, QR-code labels, food inventory records, expiration reminders, assisted food entry, batch printing and scan-out management.

Vacuum sealing, seal-only operation, PULSE control, canister operation and standalone date printing can be used without connecting the companion app.

9. Appeals

If you have an objection concerning point issuance, point redemption, coupon use or an action taken against your account, the account owner may submit an appeal within seven days of the relevant activity or decision.

Please provide your account email address, applicable order number, a description of the issue and supporting evidence. Beelicious will review the information and normally respond within 15 business days.
